Download the app from the App store links below.
Existing users of the WealthO2 client portal can log into the app using the same email address and password that they use to log into the client portal via a browser. On the initial log in users can then select to use biometrics such as fingerprint or Face ID (where available on their device). Future logins can then use biometrics instead of the password.
Clients that have not used the WealthO2 client portal before can be registered by their adviser. Once registered they will get a welcome email to set up a password. Once that password is established they can then download the app from the Apple or Google stores and log in with that created password.
Portfolio Landing Page
The initial landing page of the app displays the client's portfolios and their total value along with changes in value over time.
Portfolio Details - Performance
Selecting a portfolio from the initial landing page will take the user to the portfolio details page. This page contains summary information relating to portfolio performance, asset allocation & holdings, reports and transactions. In most cases users can further interact with the data and/or drill down for further information.
The first section is the performance section. This will display the portfolio's performance since since inception on WealthO2. Users can also select different date ranges on the chart to view performance over 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 3 years.
Portfolio Details - Asset allocation & holdings
The asset allocation section shows how the portfolio's assets are split among various asset classes.
Users can further interact with this section by:
- Selecting a specific asset class to see the securities that are invested in that class
- Easily select another asset class from the menu
- Select a specific security to see the cost base and transactions for that specific security
Portfolio Details - Reports
Recent scheduled reports that have been generated from WealthO2 are available for clients to download to view on the go. Simply tap the download button to download (note that further software such as a PDF reader may be required to view the downloaded report on a mobile device).
Tapping on "View All Reports" will give a list of all reports available to the client to download.
Portfolio Details - Transactions
Recent transactions are viewable on the portfolio page highlighting key information such as transaction value, description and date.
Tapping the "View All Transactions" button will take the user to a new screen to view all of their transactions. This screen also allows additional filtering based on transaction type and whether or not the transaction is a cash or investment transaction.
The adviser menu allows users to easily contact their adviser by email or phone directly from the app. Tapping email will prompt the user to select an email application and then send the adviser an email. Similarly, tapping "Call" will copy the number to the phone's keypad and allow the user to call the adviser.
If the adviser has linked their calendar software, then selecting the "Schedule Appointment" button will bring up the adviser's calendar for client's to schedule a meeting at a time that suits them.
